Morrells Pharmacy

Used to love this chemist, until one day my daughter went in as I was late picking my tablets up and the head pharmacist told her off on my behalf. Very unprofessional.

Banging pharmacy, been getting my meds from here since I was 12years old, I am 21 now, everyone is so lovely and helpful, the elder lady can sometimes be snappy and she always looks annoyed but I've come to realise that's just her face, would highly recommend this pharmacy

Always good service , helpful staff at all times

I have been going to Mike Morrells for years, service is always good, staff are always pleasant and helpful. If I have a problem they always try to sort it out as soon as possible.

I love this Pharmacy. They are always polite, professional and friendly. They have to deal
with some real characters and they do it with the utmost decorum even when the people are difficult, obnoxious and loud. I tip my hat to all of the employees here, they have assisted me since before the relocation, through Covid and after and they are always a joy to deal with.

The manager is not very nice. She is moody and aggressive.

If you actually need your medication I wouldn't go here. I've been left for 10 days without my amitriptyline and they're point blank refusing to give a patient replacements I think they've gone in someone else's bag please check your medication while ur in there because you'll be left without. I'm at this chemist every other day and I've been going there for 2 years its never happened b4 but still they wouldn't give me the benefit of the doubt saying they were checked by 3 people when only 2 people are meant to check them. Its absolutely disgusting so please check your things imfront of them dont let them do to you what they've done to me

All tha staff are polite and very helpfull great bunch of people and the delivery men are brilliant.
