Very poor customer service.
Very unpleasant experience day before yesterday when my wife went to get a prescribed medication for our child. Asked to wait for ten minutes which my wife obliged. Time went by and after thirty minutes, seeing no progression on on our request, we approached the pharmacist again. She with a frown face went in with our prescription and returned after ten minutes to say that the medication not available. We asked how she would compensate the time lost in waiting. No apologies and no respect for others. A bunch of shameless people. Never will approach this pharmacist again

Very disappointed with the level of service. Booked repeat prescription on line, for drugs essential to my being able to stay alive, as I normally do, expecting three or four day wait. But told on day five that it wasn't ready and I had to wait a total of 7 working days. No where on the online booking system or the pharmacy website does it say 7 working days for anything let alone a Prescription. though I did notice today that there were notices telling people of this change. This is unacceptable. The ques today were out the door.The staff do not answer the phone. I tried four times over a half hour period.When you speak to them they are surly and never greet you with a smile. I asked them about their single use plastics policy because they use plastic bags for everything. I was looked at as though I had just crawled out from under a rock and told to take it up with their owners. I will not be using them again despite the fact that they are 20 feet from my surgery door.

Prescriptions rarely ready on time... Management...you are dealing with people who are not very well. The least you can do is provide a basic service ! Been waiting 5 weeks for phone call for Flu Jab.....gave up & booked one at Boots (2 week wait.....acceptable) Two Stars for past service only

Only giving one star as cannot give zero! Two people behind the scenes and one extremely grumpy lady with no manners serving customers. Get some more staff!? I tried to call before heading in but they don't answer the phone. Just told rudely prescription not ready and come back tomorrow, like I have nothing else to do! Avoid this place, grrrrrr.
(And Rowlands HQ, don't bother with your usual, unhelpful standard response-just do something about training the current staff and hire more people!)

I am so grateful to Rowlands, they’ve not only been kind & helpful but gone a step further to prepare my prescription especially early so I would have it for my holidays. My immense gratitude to the wonderful staff there.

I made the change over to Rowland’s from Lloyds, as they were beyond useless due to having staff issues and simply not being able to cope with the size of their linked practise. Since moving to Rowland’s, I have had ZERO issues and everyone has been lovely and very helpful. The place is a bit tired and grubby, but they have the gear I need, with a a service I like. Thank you!

Was lied to by the pharmacist, told my prescription wasn't there, he s aid he had checked but not moved from the counter. When told mine was weekly pickup and fortnightly deposited and I had handed it in a week before and got that week. He still refused to look and told me to go to my prescriber and get them to call him, I did, but he wouldn't answer the phone and I had to go back and I said I'm not leaving this counter till you look, so gonna hold up the queue. He found it a minute or so later and didn't even apologise for being wrong, just dropped it in counter and walked to the back

My stars are for the staff.
One in particular went above and beyond to help with a family pharmaceutical emergency.
Compassionate, understanding and helpful even used their own time to help out. 💖 🤗
