The old blonde woman behind the counter ought to learn a bit of respect rather than decidedly lecturing her customers. If your processes are poor, it isn't my fault. Do your job, prepare the prescriptions and keep your lips closed.

I've been trying to get through on the phone for the last 2 days, about a prescription for my Mum, but it just rings for ages, then cuts off. Is the phone line down?

A 45 minute wait to be met by an arrogant staff member

Alot of the time they do not have items in stock or scripts ready which is very annoying but this is not the staffs fault, that's management and usually the gp's fault! The times I've been in and witnessed the abuse shown towards them. Please be kind..they have worked their behinds off during this pandemic and always try to resolve issues. Great staff and service x

They ring to say your prescription is ready, the next day when you go to collect it, low and behold it's not ready till later in day. Waste of time.
