We have been using this pharmacy for seven years and have been so impressed by their kindness, knowledgeable and helpfulness. A real treasure in the heart of our community.

Awful Awful customer service.
Staff are rude, will interrupt you, and literally laughed at me when I asked the pharmacist for advice on an ear infection. Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, feels like it shouldn't be open. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent pharmacy best one in Oxford, also offer advise and also got medication stocked which other pharmacist don't

I called 4 minutes before closing as I had an emergency. I didn’t expect them to pick up but they did. Managed to grab what we needed in time. I’m Im very grateful that they waited a extra few minutes after closing time. No other pharmacy is open nearly as late.

They are better than Boots Cowley so Ive switched to this pharmacy. Better service & properly stocked.

Rude staff who gave a sarcastic reply to a simple question I asked. It isn’t difficult to be polite and friendly to customers who may be new and unfamiliar to certain processes. Such staff are not suited to work in a pharmacy.
