Every time I have been there they always give me wrong informations, they are very unfriendly and have no clue of the products they have . I had to buy some syringes that you easily find online or in other pharmacies and they told me they can not give to me as you can have them only with a prescription (!!!!!). the allergologist suggested us some probiotics for my daughter that is gluten sensitive, when I asked them they didn’t give me as they wanted the prescription and anyway they said they were not useful for tummy ache due to gluten sensitivity !!!!!!! I had to go in another pharmacy and sorti it easily out.

My husband, who struggles to walk, has been down to our local Lloyds at Hayford Hill several times, supposedly during opening hours, during to past few days to collect a prescription and has always found the Pharmacy closed. He cannot pick up his prescription from another Pharmacy as it has been sent to his local one at this location. The next nearest Pharmacy is not easy to get to from our home as we have no car and as I said my husband struggles to walk nowadays.

Helped us out with an urgent issue on a Saturday evening when everywhere else was closed. Very patient and understanding.

They never answer the phone. I am self-isolating and desperately need my son’s medication, which I can’t collect. I have been calling them multiple times over the past 4 days. Even my GP surgery tried to call them and they still don’t pick up the phone.
Their customer service is incredibly bad, they are always slow and unorganised, most weekends they don’t have a pharmacist. Every time I have a prescription with them, it takes multiple trips to get all the items.

Absolutely appalling service. Quick enough to phone you when you haven’t collected your meds. But don’t bother when an item you have been prescribed is out of stock. Go there to collect and get told ‘Oh we don’t have it’ Been trying for over a week to get hold of them on the phone but they are not answering. Am moving my pharmacy now as it’s a joke.

They won't answer the phone and they've lost my prescription. I've been without my medication for 10 days now because I'm waiting for them to find it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Extremely unprofessional, always there has been issue if pharmacist is not available or it's close during their opening hours. Just shut the place if you cannot run it. It's so stressful when collecting repeats.

I'm convinced there is no existence of life in this place as the phone is never answered regardless of what time of the day you're calling. Maybe they played a prank and changed their number without telling anyone. Maybe they're still stuck in the 1800s and do not know how phones work. Who knows.
