Well Groby - Ratby Road

Like most of the other reviews on here, I wish I could give it less than one star. I'm a regular at the pharmacy and I can tell you that the other reviews are right. The staff are rude, they will let you stand at the desk never bothering to serve you. If you want to ring up and ask about a prescription good luck, no point having a contact line if you can't make contact! The pharmacist is rude you try to talk to them but they will shut you down and get you out of the way just so they can help the other 6 people waiting in line, even when there is nobody else in the store. If it wasn't for convenience and accessibility I wouldn't use this pharmacy again.

Been in there today with my mum and the lady would spoke to us was VERY rude and unprofessional and was also shouting to us from the back so that everybody in there could hear what we was talking and that in itself is bad another but the way she was talking she should be ashamed of herselfx

Worse than useless. Went for my prescription which they have been ordering monthly for me for the past 2 years . Only to be told they didn't have it as they don't order for people now.
A BIT OF NOTICE WOULD OF BEEN NICE .

4 days after doctor sent prescription to the chemist and I still haven’t got it!! Still waiting in a queue to be picked and checked.
Staff look stressed out there just isn’t enough of them to meet patient needs I’m desperate for my prescription and I’m asked to come back later.
We’ll need to sort this problem soon it’s been going on for months and months

Tried four times to get prescription over 2 days. was told I could use other chemist, so went to Tesco the pharmacist said they have to release it at crown farm and rang them but they did not answer. We returned to crown farm explained what had happened to be told they are out of stock When you ring the surgery we are told to be courteous and not abusive but sometimes we are pushed to limit. My biggest concern is when all the houses are sold we will never get to see a Doctor

3 attempts to collapse prescription. Long queues, slow service and then told prescription had gone to the hub??? Had to wait while it was prepared and checked despite being told the previous Saturday would be ready the following Monday. What's the service going to be like when the new houses behind it are occupied?

Very rude staff, GP made a mistake with meds I went back to change the dosage they wanted me to pay again. Can’t afford it so now I have no medication. Discussing. Had to give 1 star

If I could leave less than one star I would and I suspect any good reviews here are fake- the staff are very rude and very slow, the service is beyond poor. They will never EVER answer the phone which I don’t understand- surely if we could talk to them ahead of time to let them know we are coming to collect something the service would run more smoothly than everyone turning up and having to wait 20minutes for them to get the prescription ready? Makes zero sense. It should NOT take 45mins to one hour to get my medication EVERY time I go there! Something really needs to be done, Iv never know service like it from any pharmacy. Awful 😞
