A large supermarket which includes a fishmongery, butchery, bakery, delicatessen, salad bar, restaurant and separate coffee bar. Recently refurbished with new chiller cabinets and a general re-ordering of the previous layout. Friendly, helpful staff. Has a tendency to stop stocking the products I like (this might be paranoia).

Simply the best , nicest supermarket in Norwich in my opinion ,
and the pharmacy is the best of the best. The staff everywhere are great . It's ok , I have no connection with the business , I just appreciate the people.

The staff at this pharmacy seem friendly enough, and the prices on own-brand products are competitive. (Though you'll find a wider range on some lines in the actual supermarket.)

I visited recently for a flu vaccination and found it fairly quick and painless.

There's also the advantage of having Morrison's car park and cafe on the doorstep.

Some of the customers seem a tad bolshy, but that's people for you.

Not helpful at all. Went in for a skin problem. The pharmacist kept saying "no, nothing I can do", "no, there's no treatment". "No there's nothing I can suggest". I asked "is there anything that will at least help the itching?" Answer "no, there's nothing". Me: What about this cream and that ointment? Pharmacist: no, there's nothing I can offer you. I said "because I keep scratching, I keep getting infections and have to use antibiotics, so I'm prepared to try anything". She said no, there's nothing I can offer you. I asked about some cream that I heard about and if they had it in tube format. She said it doesn't come in tube format only tub, then I found it in tube format in Morrisons. Totally not interested in me.
