Very disappointed with this chemist. My consultant recommended a specific brand of drug and this chemist won't give it to me! There are only three brands and the other two don't cut small enough to meet my needs. Thanks coop for making my life harder than it needs to be 😟

I would like to thank you on behalf of Robert Donovan the Tawney Street pharmacy on their excellent service . They delivered an addition to my prescription so quickly , I was so pleased .

Appalling and unprofessional behaviour from the young assistant, the older ones are lovely just unorganised from bad management In this shop.
The prescriptions are never on time or ready and you’ve to wait every time Or they say they’ve not received it from your gp’s and have you queuing At your gps again then have you queuing again With them, You find that they didn’t look properly in the first place this happens regular Even the practice next door says this is a regular accurance . Very bad management decisions as If you have two separate items they are not tallied together . Staff can never find anything like a rabbits in headlights.
In all my days I’ve never known such an hopeless unprofessional place.

Very helpful staff! The lady behind the counter(who is always friendly and helpful) helped me today and explained everything with my query.. She also was able to save me money on my prescriptions through organising a pre payment service. A* service, as always.

To most people this is just a pharmacy but it's also one of the friendliest, caring and well organised places in Boston. The team are by far the best and always have time to talk and give professional advice.
