Boots Pharmacy

The staff are friendly but it can be a long wait especially with covid restrictions lately, phoned ahead a few times to be told prescription is ready yet items have been missing from the repeat prescriptions. It's also pot luck to get through on the phone, however I appreciate they are quite busy.

Abergele Boots pharmacy: Thank you all so much for all your help with my Qvar replacement. I was slightly stressed. The gentleman went out of his way to be kind understanding and helpful. The gentleman was a star. 🌟 I have used it. No problems. Thanks again..

More staff than customers yet still a line of people out the door. Poor at best.

Another visit and another long wait. One member staff serving who asked if anyone else was free to serve three times. No one answered the poor girl.

03.05.2022... queue out the door, three staff working whilst the rest chatted about their weekend in the back. One shouted to a girl on the front "are you busy?", "yes I'm sorry..", "oh but this is funny..!" She replied... professional 👍

I have been ringing the chemist for days,in fact, every hour,nobody is answering.As l've had major surgery and unable to go personally,l need to give them my repeat prescription details.Please answer!! I need my medication.HELP

Very poor collection service now, 48hrs now turned into 7+ days if you are lucky. Excuse is sent for somebody else to fulfill

Had to find a Boots with my prescription available. Phoned Abergele and very pleasant assistant informed me there was one available and would be put on the side. When I attended for the first time ever I have to say service was efficient. The same assistant even went on Boots stock and ordered another spare in which local stores stated they were unable to do at the time. Good service 👍

Repeat prescription notification hardly ever works. Depends what mood the staff are in as to the help you get, some are just condescending and delight in being unhelpful. Others will go out of their way to help. Phone hardly ever answered. The way some staff speak to elderly and vulnerable customers is appalling, Head Office need to have a serious look at their staff and the way this branch is being run. Having said that they are better than Lloyds in Abergele which is just dire. Best of a bad bunch? Can't find any decent pharmacies locally. Not being electronic doesn't help.
