This chemist has gone downhill in the last year. There are never enough staff. Shelves are unfilled and boxes are stacked on the floor. The staff are lovely but there are never enough and there seem to be different staff there every time I come in. Because they don't work there all the time they don't know where things are.

This is a fantastic pharmacy. Staff are all without exception, friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledge. They provide an excellent service, always with a smile. And I receive my text message reminding me that my repeat prescription is ready, without fail.
I have lived in Swansea, and Beddau, and sadly the pharmacist's there dont compare.
Here they have even stayed behind after hours so that I can collect my prescription.

Very efficient pharmacy

Excellent staff and very friendly

Urgent forms of medication were unapologetically “out of stock”. Do not go to this pharmacy if you need something urgently - they won’t have it.

I went for to check my blood pressure when I feel so bad, they even didn’t look at my face at said, “sorry not at the moment.” There must be a certain moment that they only know, to be able to check to blood pressure!

Very helpful staff
