High Street Pharmacy

A very good pharmacy. Some products can be a bit above the market rate so be sure to check prices prior to purchase (especially face masks which have quite a high mark up). But the pharmacy itself is well stocked with common prescription items and special items are ordered in quick. Lovely staff too who are always helpful.

I have used this pharmacy many times.
Prescriptions are ready a lot faster than others that I have used.
If they only have some stock of certain items they will half fill your prescription until the rest is ready to be collected without any issues!

after spending 2 days chasing another pharmacy who couldn’t find/process my prescription I asked the GP to resend to high street. within 2 hours my medication was ready to collect + friendly service.

Brilliant service. Never have to wait more than a few minutes. This really is light years quicker than any other pharmacy in Barry . Always pleasant and happy to help

Excellent. The service here is always with a smile and the staff are helpful, polite and efficient.
Decided to change where I had my script sent as was fed up of feeling like I was a massive pain in the rear simply for asking if a script was done.
I'm so sorry if you're overworked and buried under a mountain of prescriptions but it's not actually my fault! Plus I really do not like being so unwell.
Have never once felt like this since using the High Street Pharmacy... quite the opposite. Excellent all round.

Lovely people in their, always efficient and never give anyone a hard time which is rare i find. Convenient location where walking from Barry train station or parking.

Can't fault them.

Phoned today to advise a prescription was available from my GP. High street pharmacy were more than helpful in explaining what they were going to do and when they would deliver. I'm more than happy with the service from high street and the helpful staff. Thank you Shelia Griffith-Jones

I’ve been trying to ring for past half hour and first there was no answer after constantly trying then it went to being engaged. I use to get my medication delivered but this service has now been stopped. I am housebound at the moment therefore unable to collect. I was trying to ring to advise a family member will be coming down to collect but as I was unable to speak to someone therefore I will have to wait another day
