Awful customer service in this Pharmacy that’s when they eventually answer their phone. Ordered my repeat prescription over a week ago and all they can say is ring back after 3 without even looking into why they haven’t filled the prescription yet. Very unhelpful and awful attitude on the phone during these hard times.

Avoid at all cost.

Unsure what is happening but I’m pretty sure this pharmacy is planning to shut down. They’re not handling automatic repeat prescriptions anymore and the new staff are incredibly rude and dismissive.

My mum had an infection the other week and she needed antibiotics, iodine dressing and special bandages to keep the iodine dressing clean. She was able to get the antibiotics but was told they didn’t have any of the dressings and to come back later.

Went back later, they had the iodine but not the dressings, was told to come back at the end of the week.

Went back at the end of the week, still no dressing. In the end my mum finished her entire antibiotics course and just told them to forget the dressing seeing as her injection had already cleared up. Ridiculous as she is diabetic and it’s imperative that she has what the doctor prescribes but the pharmacy just didn’t perform to an acceptable degree.

Very concerning as the community that depends on this pharmacy to do it’s job is largely occupied by elderly and disabled folk. I would recommend you to take your scripts elsewhere as the waiting times are insane and the staff is rude and unhelpful.

It's actually sad to write this. Well pharmacy in Radyr has been my go to for my repeat prescription since I was 18. However times have changed. Personally I've had prescriptions late, waited 40 minutes just to get in the door, and also was not informed they were no longer automatically renewing prescriptions. I've witnessed the new staff being incredibly rude to others, especially when it's their staff who have errored. In one trip I met not one but TWO people who had been given a prescription bag with their name on, and someone else's meds inside! And they didn't have each others which means on that day alone at least 4 people went home with someone else's drugs. Imagine if that was a vulnerable person who maybe didn't notice? And the staff were very rude about the situation to the people who just wanted their medications. Especially the newer, slightly larger blonde lady, who I have seen be really rude to several people (luckily not myself). I have now left to go to a new pharmacy after almost 8 years of using their service. The way things are going I don't see the pharmacy surviving the next financial year.

Sadly this pharmacy absolutely never has enough medication. Since moving to Radyr I have been here maybe 10 times and I’d say 9 out of those 10 the whole prescription was unable to be fulfilled. This always results in needing to come back a few days later which is really inconvenient. I even rang today to confirm the item was in stock but then there was only 3 out of the 4 boxes.
I won’t bother trying again. Please sort out your stock ordering.

After giving this thought and consideration, I can clearly say that this pharmacy is now getting back onto is feet. It have been a rollacoaster ride for this typical place, especially when it haven't had the proper staff here, however the people they got in there now are doing a very good job. There are changes for people to order their medication, which I totally respect that, especially when the staffing levels are low. The staff are saying to order 10 days before they run out and this gives us all a better time. The shop is even taking a u turn with stock on shelves more variety. Its finally coming back. 🙌. Please let's all stick together as a community and support the pharmacy. They are doing 💯 best. I haven't had any issues nor my family.

What can I say. The staff at this pharmacy are loving and caring. Friday the 25th I was amazed how one of the colleagues working at the branch helped 2 sick people. This is what we need in this community, I can't praise them enough for what they have done, and definitely made the place a turn a round. Well done. I will definitely be coming back to this pharmacy and bring my family along too.

Disappointed with no stock on shelves but the pharmacy staff are doing well obtaining and fulfilling prescriptions on time. I have seen the staff being shout at, even though the fault is not with them. They do go above and beyond, and myself and girlfriend, don't have any issues.

I really do not want to give any stars to this pharmacy because right now, I am furious. They won't answer the phone (again) and they haven't delivered my mum's repeat prescription today as promised (again). This is despite promises and apologies for us having the same problem every month over the last few months since mum came out of hospital. I changed to this pharmacy thinking it was more convenient, but quite frankly, I spend more time trying to get them to do their job properly, I should have left things as they were!
