The staff are very friendly and helpful Paul the pharmacist is very helpful and such a nice man. My Mam thought he was so kind and thoughtful and nothing is to much trouble for him to get for you.

I booked 2x flu jabs online for Christmas Eve at Newbridge Lloyds pharmacy, the automated system told me to wait for confirmation.
My time slots came and went, no confirmation, after the time had lapsed I contacted Newbridge to ask about the appointments. They told me that they don't look at the online bookings and that they wait for people to contact them to book the appointments over the phone!? (Really, that's the way online booking works?..🤔)..
Anyway, rebooked for this morning 27th Dec, 2x slots 10 & 10.15 for my son and myself. Turned up at the pharmacy to find the door locked.
After trying to communicate with the member of staff through a locked door for a few minutes, she finally opened the door to tell me that the pharmacist had to attend an emergency, which is fair enough,emergencies happen.
I was asked to come back in an hour, I asked could I book a slot ( just in case it's booked), she told me, "we don't take bookings".
What's the point....
Don't bother.

Very upset and let down by this pharmacy and the customer service received. The staff have no empathy or kindness and made no attempt to help with my child’s prescription which was needing resolution as a matter of urgency. They were rude and made what was already a stressful situation far worse by the way they were. They were just totally disinterested and seemed like they couldn’t care less! I honestly don’t know why some people work in a role like this that requires kindness and empathy when they clearly have none and have no interest in helping those that come through the door! I received more support for the the other customers who were in the shop also experiencing similar issues and long waits. I was just made to feel like an inconvenience! Avoid at all costs!

Zero empathy zero respect. Tried to collect a prescription that was ordered thro my Dr's App, was told twice it wasn't thro, only for them to find it (miraculously) to be told they couldn't dispense to me and I should maybe try elsewhere because they didn't recognise the product even though they had ordered it for me the month before. Asked to phone them with the brand name of the medication. I told them I would do it as soon as I got home, there and then. 23 attempts to call and the phone is ringing but not being answered!!!! So I now how to drive back up to the chemist to give them the info 😑 Last time I will ever use this pharmacy, 70% if the time there is an issue

Unreliable opening, 3 times in a week I've gone and found it closed. Spoke to someone through the door and asked for my prescription as I'd run out due to them not being open and told to come back later. I've now had to cancel plans just to wait for them to decide to open. Rude and unhelpful. Will not be going back here once I've finally picked up my prescription

Very helpful pharmacist and assistant helped to get my daughter antibiotics for a dog bite.
