This chemist used to be so efficient.
What has gone wrong in the past 6 months?
They have lost my medication..
Don't receive prescriptions that my Dr has faxed to them.
And u now have to wait a week when u order ur prescription from them..
Other pharmacys are two days..
The staff are lovely but the local community and even the Dr's are recommending that you take ur prescriptions elsewhere..
So sad

The staff are helpful and friendly. The lady pharmacist Bubuska is absolutely fantastic.

Good bunch of folk here, roomy shop, bits of this and that, sometimes staffing seems a bit thin on the ground. Not keen on this central bagging of repeat prescriptions, wrexham I think she said. Wasn't there once, had to wait 4 days to get it. Not the end of the world in my case.

The staff work so hard under expectational circumstances,! Always happy to help!!

Went to collect prescription last week only to be asked to return after 2pm. Arrived at 3 pm to be advised that Pharmacist was on lunch and they were unable to issue prescription until he returned. I was advised that they were short of staff and the pharmacist hadn’t been able to go on lunch earlier. I appreciate businesses that are short staffed struggle however this matter could easily be addressed by closing for a published lunch break. All staff including pharmacist would then get a deserved break. Whilst I sat there awaiting his return 10 other customers were inconvenienced including a couple with visible mobility issues. It isn’t an acceptable situation to be told to return to collect Medication then on return to be informed it can’t be given out. Rowlands need to address this issue.

Thank you so much for helping me out today with my husbands meds. You were absolutely brilliant even though I don’t look like an “Arthur” 😂

Another poor visit to this chemist. Staff are pleasant, but always problems/ issues. Poor efficiency. This time no pharmacy on property so staff couldn't sell you nothing that's on a normal shelf that you swallow. Understand if your a teenager, but when you are an adult, it doesn't make sense, especially when you can go into morrisons and just pick the same item and just pay for it with no issues.
