Staff are really helpful however.In these unsafe times one would think that the correct allowances would be made.Tried 22 times in one hour to contact them. Their phone range for about 5 seconds then was turned off. God help anyone if they had an emergency.

As others have mentioned above, staff at the premises do not answer the telephone which is vital for all patients utilising the service. On many occasion staff seem to be ‘elsewhere’ unprofessional and uncaring gathering at the rear of the premises chatting and giggling ignoring the growing customers entering the premises. What is needed is a full-time chemist and enthusiastic professional staff to turn around their presently poorly displayed professionalism which undoubtedly reflects on the NHS.

Can't collect prescription again due to no pharmaceutical person there . This is the 4th time this has happened. And girl was very rude

Not even worth one star .. Staff are Rude, obnoxious and One in particular Kelly... is arrogant refuses to help anyone even talks to the pharmaceutical with venomous tongue... Tried to report her to Well but no answer Tablets never restocked, prescriptions never prepared on time, yet other pharmacies don't have this problem just there's... Why's this !! it was perfect till these staff took over an Well.. it wasn't broken before with Coop chemist so why try fix it with this that isn't working.... Get some new Staff ⚕️

Absolutely terrible since new staff started, they are so rude and patronising, I have various health issues as well as severe anxiety, they are not my gp so don't need to know what all my meds are for but they quiz me every time.

One very rude and disrespectful staff member that really needs to learn some manners, a shame because the rest of the staff are nice and polite
