Rude and incompetent staff. Unable to provide a basic service not knowing what they have on the shelf after I told them it must be there tried turning me away without life dependant medicine and when they realised it was on their shelf no apology and no sense of duty of care. Will not be returning as they have no understanding of the importance of getting patients their medicines on time or at all. I had been asking for weeks if they had received scripts for this medicine and their answer was no and it had been sat there for weeks even went in to store to be told the same. Only when confronted that they were doing a poor job they 'found' what I had been asking for.

One of the worst pharmacies in the area, with incredibly slow service, and rude staff.
Over the past 2 years this pharmacy has steadily gone down hill in service and quality. It is common to go in to get a script filled when no one else is there, and wait 30-60 minutes for them to complete it, go to any other pharmacy in the area and you're finished in 10 minutes or less.
Their staff are horribly rude and incompetent, you go in to get a repeat prescription, tell them the details, they get it wrong because they don't listen, accuse you of not doing something you did in the first place but they refused to listen too, and still don't apologise.
They tell you you should have ordered your repeat prescriptions a week earlier, even though under prescription guidelines they couldn't be issued then, and make you wait 80 minutes to fill it with nobody else there!
AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!!

I gave my prescription to the staff, waited for 20 minutes, and when I asked if there was anything wrong because I'd seen at least 5 people come in and have their prescriptions filled, the lady looked all annoyed and went to try to find my prescription. It took her a while to find it at the back because they had lost it. She even had the nerve to ask if I had actually given it to her... Anyway, when she found my prescription I just asked to have it and left. Not once did she apologise for the wait AND for losing my prescription. Awful service, never going back.

Do not use this pharmacy they are incompetent and rude, you may think how convenient as they are right next to the doctors but they can't find the get your prescription right, asked for the service where they collect your prescription from the doctors and deliver it to you. First off the prescription was collected from the doctors, then the prescription wasn't put on the van so we gave up on delivery service as my partner needs her medication. Just gone here today to be told to come back in 30 minutes NO Apology, they do not care about you, they just won't your business which I will be taking elsewhere

I have had several bad experiences at this Pharmacy in recent years with rude staff and judging by the reviews on here, I am not alone. Today, I was accused of changing the date on a prescription in front of all the other customers (I have no reason to do such a thing) and no effort was made to allow me say otherwise before being told that I will have to get my prescription re-issed. The member of staff could have handled this matter with some discretion at the very least.
I would advise anyone planning to use this pharmacy to instead visit Parkgate Pharmacy which is the other side of the Police station where the staff are friendly and helpful.

My mother is in agony because of them, she is 1 week late of meds and they have lied more than once saying the meds ain't ready. She is having cold turkey and got bullied by one of the staff members saying she is wrong. Disgusting service and on top of that as of 12/01/23, it's not 9:58 and the pharmacy is not open and it says nothing on the doors, disgusting.

The lady was rude and abrupt to me as she said that there was a queue. The lady being served explained that it was her daughter. The member of staff then tutted at me and said quite rudely that the pharmacist was on lunch so you'll have to wait. I asked her for my script back and she gave a sigh without saying anything. I will never go there again. Cone one guys, people are ill or may become confused or deaf. Please show some respect

I regularly use this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions and have done so for many years. When Covid restrictions were initiated I arranged delivery. I have found the staff extremely helpful and have never had cause for complaint. Cannot understand previous comments about them.
