Reasonably fast service. Customer oriented and professional, experienced staff.

Impolite service more often than not these days. I was informed that there was an hour delay for two prescriptions, and asked to come back from the town centre. I was not however informed that the pharmacy would be closed for lunch during that hour without so much as the option to leave a message let alone anybody to answer the phone. There may be 'behind the scenes' work to which I'm not giving due credit however minimum effort is consistently given from an external point of view.

Fast and always go out their way to help with any issue, much respect to the whole team

They do not use the prescription app that they advertise. They " lose" repeat prescriptions. Very poor service.

I’ve had my prescriptions sent here for about 5 months in total now.. There have been many hiccups with my prescriptions journey to the Pharmacy.. But no fault of the Pharmacies at all.. Infact every time it’s happened they have been so kind and and helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me so I am not left without my medication.. I really can’t thank the staff and the Pharmacist enough..

Gosh I cant belive they soo nice professional understanding and home delivery is excellent staff are really nice helpful 👍 thank you, they are a busy pharmacy however take time too listen and help nice attitude and manner when you are not well and need your medications very happy with service of all and home delivery

The repeat prescription postbox has been taped up for weeks, forcing you to stand in a massive queue to hand it in. Very poor service!
