Very bad experience with boots my partner went to pick his prescription up on Saturday where he was told they didn't have them so they must have been stopped went the weekend without his tablets made an appointment yesterday with the doctor only to be told that the tablet have not been stopped boots d8dnt order thder them thank you boots for waisting all of our time I'm only posting one star as you cannot post without rating

Answer your phone. Called 18 times across 5 hours and only once did you pick up... conveniently when the Pharmacist was on break and could not answer my query.

Awful experience, always feel like you're encroaching on their time. Never anyone behind the 'over the counter' slot. To be fair, there a few people that are great- the tall guy with glasses, and the blonde woman with a twitch🙇‍♀️. The young girl with long dark hair has a superiority complex. She's half my age! Surely It's up to me what I put in to my body.
