People behind the counter couldn't be any slower or lazy, if there's a queue of 4 or more then be prepared at least 10 minutes just to be seen and another 5-10 minutes waiting for your prescription. Never seen a pharmacy run by such lazy lay abouts

The service here has declined so much recently. I use the repeat prescription service, ordering the prescription through the GP who send it direct to the pharmacy. When I've not heard anything after 5-7 days, I call the pharmacy and I'm always told they only received it from the GP "this morning". I call the GP surgery to ask why it's taken so long to send to the pharmacy and they tell me it was sent to them the day after ordering - 3-4 days before the pharmacy tell me they received it. It's the same story every month. I don't know whether to believe the pharmacy or the GP, but I'm leaning more towards the GP. There have also been occasions where I've had items missing and, when calling the pharmacy, they're adamant the missing item wasn't on the prescription. I then call the GP who are adamant the item WAS on the prescription and I'm stuck in the middle of a two way argument, with the pharmacy unwilling to contact the GP surgery directly. On the third "missing item" occasion, I happened to be at the GP surgery and raised it with the receptionist, who showed me a copy of the prescription that was sent to the pharmacy, clearly showing the missing item, after the pharmacy argued it definitely was not on the prescription. They sent an additional prescription for the missing item anyway. The staff are rude, unhelpful, argumentative and have an "always right" attitude. When you explain that you've run out of medication, they become even more rude. Not impressed, and a big decline in service from when we first started using Well.

The shop has changed the one way system so you need to walk through the whole shop. The staff are lovely. I've had to wait over 40 minutes for my script today and the staff apologised for the wait. I was the only one sat waiting and told I'd been called...

I have found that the staff here have always gone the extra mile, it's the only pharmacy for a huge area and despite the queues and the waits they always tell you how long it will be before you they take your prescription, which gives you the option to sit and wait or set up an alarm on your phone and go to visit the other shops at the triangle.

If there is a delay they are very apologetic and will work very hard to put the problem right.

Just visited and was told that my prescription had arrived from the surgery but it would be two or three DAYS before it is ready to collect! I told them I’m going away in three days, and asked if they could possibly put a note on there to make sure it’s ready. Nothing but negativity in response, from a very patronising person. What happened to the days when we could drop a prescription off and collect an hour later?? I know COVID blah blah blah SHORT STAFFED blah blah blah, but three days????

I have had nothing but poor service, prescriptions taking far too long, yes ready... then no not yet. Delivery taking days to arrange. The staff blame the doctors surgery but I feel that they have no idea about running a pharmacy, customer service or just generally trying to be helpful.

The staff work really hard. They are very busy but never show stress. They always have time for the customer and are polite. There can be quite a wait for your prescription but they tell you that and keep you informed. Team work obviously pays off . Thank you .

Very poor service no communication, you phone tell them you have no medication, including a family member who is on medication to prevent strokes, so they say someone will need to pick it up, you find someone to go for you, they get there and say there's no prescription here ready, 2 minutes after they've left you have a text to say it's ready to be picked up, when you phone them they then don't answer that's day 2 with no medication and I bet they won't put it back on for delivery, this is neglect nurses won't get away with running late with medication so why should pharmacists get away with running days late!!!!!
