It’s a pretty good pharmacy. They give good advice and are well stocked. If you are handing in a ‘scrip they will give you a time to pick up so you can shop a bit then pick it up.

Staff are extremely unhelpful and can be very rude. You are always told to wait for your prescription, even when they are extremely quiet, fine if you need any shopping, but if not, you just find yourself wondering around wasting time. If customers are queuing for the pharmacy, very often because of the position of the pharmacy, you block the aisle for customers passing by. Although the pharmacy is convenient for collection of our prescriptions, as we live close by, we will be looking to change our delivery service to another provider.

Brewery Lane, Bridgend Tesco Pharmacy is the best option in Bridgend. Staff are friendly which is a must! The staff at the Tesco Pharmacy in Cowbridge Road Tesco are so rude and unapproachable.

Poor service, prescription not ready at time give for collection, When ready items missing and only given an IOU in the bag with no contact details or any indication of when these medication may be ready. Not told about this at the time of collection and left to find out on arriving home.
