The attitude on some of the staff members is disgusting! I will not be using this place again!!

Unfortunately you have misread my review. I said the attitude on some staff members is disgusting.
After your staff refused to serve my partner for this "condition" she told a pack of lies and completely twisted what my partner had said. There was no need for him to go to the dr's and went to another pharmacy who were only happy to help. When i called to ask for an explanation as to why he was refused, her attitude was obnoxious and uncalled for and she asked me why i dont go and see you rather than my partner. After explaining i was in work. She said so am i!! Very professional and completely unhelpful! I have now sent a complaint to ABHB if you would like me to send you a copy explaining the full story i can. Also if your phone calls are recorded this will confirm what i have just informed you.

Fast and efficient service from very friendly members of staff! Always polite and offer a first rate service. Much better than any chain pharmacy or any other I've been to

Shilpa and her staff what can i say brilliant knock the pants off any pharmacy in cwmbran polite respectful very knowledgeable about all the items friendly advice just like visiting a friend and you get your medication within minutes no waiting for twenty minutes like some brilliant pay them a visit you won't be disappointed

What a stark contrast to most other pharmacies. I was bowled over by the friendliness of the team, very quick service, no wait or need to return, really first class.
Parking was easy and free.
Will always opt to use this pharmacy in the future.

What a breath of fresh air!!!
Excellent service within 2 minutes for an urgent prescription for my dad, which would have taken hours at any of the regular chemists.

Very friendly and efficient service. All staff are knowledgeable and have a ‘can do’ attitude. Covid regulations followed and very ‘safe’.
Overall a great pharmacy.
