The staff need lots more training on the medication side. There is NO routine. Prescription are very often wrong and delaid since Simon (pharmacist) left. Something needs to be done asap

Used use the needle exchange for b12 injection and the blond woman who works there told local people I was on other illegal supplements very disrespectful and child like stay clear I will soon be putting a formal complaint in im going to my solicitors first for advice as I'm not sure how to deal with the situation myself hopefully they get what they deserve for spreading false and malicious rumours.

Brilliant friendly staff, prompt service much better than the shambles up gilfach.
