Brilliant staff and I have a great raptor with the Penycae staff especially and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Always running short of medication so you have to make a second visit for the rest of your medication. I phoned up one day asked if my prescription was ready and was told yes I went there and they couldn’t find it

Don't use this chemists if you need regular medication you won't ever get on time and always blame the doctors for their failure. Rude is an understatement.

Beyond a joke. Been waiting ages for a prescription even know I order every month. Finally picked up today and its the wrong medication with the wrong name! After weeks of waiting I'm fed up. People need their meds. I've had a few problems. Fed up and it's my closest one! Improvement needs to be made. Only been given someone's epilepsy medication by mistake! So that person might be without.

Really slow process of getting a prescription and make your prescription up even if they don't have all the items so you can't take your prescription elsewhere so if you really need that item you have to go back the next day or when ever they can order it in for.

I've had nothing but a nightmare with Alexander's.espescially repeats.The staff are fine but over worked for such a small pharmacy!!

I changed my mind! Polish women’s are sooo nice and very helpful! Recommend this place for all people.
