Rowlands Pharmacy Caernarfon

Lost my prescription had to wait until closing to get it. Yet another bad experience today. There was no medication for the customers in front of me. There was 4 customers and everyone was waiting more than 25 m for service. Down and outs were pushing in front for needles.They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and I will be changing pharmacy.

Had to change pharmacy as my insulin was never ready, had to make countless trips back and forth as my prescription was never ready-had to make a formal complaint in the end as being a Type 1 diabetic and going without insulin was risking my health.

This goes to all Rowlands pharmacies as I pick up scripts or have family members. Anglesey and Caernarfon.
Since they have outsourced 90% of their scripts to get sorted and packed I think in Runcorn, nearly every script is missing medicine and usually it's one that people must have every day. ROWLANDS PHARMACIES PLEASE SORT IT OUT...

Disgraceful. Ordered prescription on line, went to pick it up, they knew nothing about it. Went to surgery, they told me prescription sent to chemist 4days earlier. Back to chemist, said exactly same as before, ummed, grunted n told me to come back at 5pm. Went back, told to join enormous queue. My turn, told to wait outside, not ready!!!! Piss take!!!!

They just keep you waiting when your in need for your prescription! Terrible service, by far the worst Pharmacy in wales!

Excellent service. I was on holiday and we visited Caernarfon for the day. Went in and asked advice on my sunburn. The lady was so helpful. Thankyou

Karen is great, I know that they are very busy and is only a small shop for such a large town and surrounding villages, but they do try their best..however sometimes they get overloaded and you might have to wait.
