Called in to pick up my canvas at 3.30pm as arranged. Closing time was 4pm. Door was locked, light was on and woman was cashing up. Knocked on window several times but was completely ignored by Karen. No customer whatsoever. All she needed to do was pass me my order through the door. Avoid at all costs

Karen was so helpful. I was struggling to get the photo off my phone onto the kiosk. She was patient and kind. And the shop was incredibly busy so she did a really great job. 👍

Excellent service and quality. The assisstant helped guide me through the process and I was able to print off pictures from my phone. The assistant also checked that the optimum picture selection was made.

Visited to renew our passports.
They arranged the photos and offered a service to complete documentation on line and send old passports back. Brilliant service at a reasonable cost.
Very efficient and friendly staff.
Received our passports 7 days after sending our application forms and old passports in.
Well worth the cost.

I visited the Lichfield branch today, to use the in shop touch screens to upload photo's off my phone and put them onto disk. The staff (Lauren & Tina) were absolutely brilliant, very helpful, kind and welcoming and also made our job there seem effortless. Couldn't thank them enough for what they had done and would recommend this branch every time.

After the issues we had with another branch of Max Spielmann the trip to Lichfield branch was a delight. The manager is Karen and she was superb. She took time to listen to our issues and explained everything we needed to know to ensure our photos were correct. She was patient and understood all the problems we had encountered at the other store and was keen to help us understand the issues would not have happened in her branch. We will be glad to travel the 14 miles to see her when we have another batch of photos to print. We'll done Karen,Christal and Tina.

Karen and Tina were so kind and caring at a very emotional time.
I’d taken two cameras I’d found at home, I had no idea what was on them. When the first picture popped up it was of my mum and dad, I’d just left the funeral parlour after arranging my mums funeral, so to see their photo was a wonderful, yet emotional surprise.
Karen and Tina picked up on this straight away.
Their kindness and caring nature blew me away….!!

The staff are all so incredibly kind and understanding. Lauren helped me put a photo in the frame I bought as I am disabled which she always shows compassion and kindness for. Please give her the credit she deserves. Many thanks, Greg
