Max Spielmann

I originally used the app to send my pictures to the store to get printed, thinking it would save time. Get to the store about 90 minuets later to be told they hadn't got anything through, slightly annoyed but prepared to upload and print them there. Went back after the half hour wait, some of my pictures had come out fine, no complaints but two of them had come out awful, terrible quality! I requested them to be printed again but they came out just as bad. I was told I would still have to pay for them....I expressed they they were utterly useless to me and I didn't want them. Overall this time was a very bad experience, I will definitely think twice before using them again.

People are quick to slate companies but the customer service at my local store and HQ has been outstanding. Exceeded all of my expectations and for that, I'm recommending them to everyone I know!

Was looking for a for a new camera but they didn't have the one I wanted a well stocked shop with a good variety of stuff will go ther agen when Christmas shopping friendly staf very helpful gave me good advice on where to get the camera I was looking for and suggested alternatives to the one I wanted well worth a visit

My family and I are Americans and we were recently in Llandudno on holiday. I was in need of a passport photo (my passport had been stolen the night before in London), so my husband did some research about where to procure a passport photo and came across Max Spielmann in the Asda store. Once we arrived at Asda, we were directed to the photo center and told to talk to Becky.

Becky was AWESOME!

We were obviously in a frustrating situation and we didn't know how getting a passport photo in a different country than our own would work out (photo requirements are different in our country than in Wales). Additionally, if you're American, you'll likely be familiar with the passport photo process, where the technician takes one photo of you and it may or may not be satisfactory. You are then hereby sentenced to ten years of having a terrible photo represent you on your passport, unless you happen to be a model by trade (or lucked out).

I'll use this opportunity to repeat that Becky was awesome. She first verified the US requirements and then took SEVERAL photos of me in order to get the best one for my emergency passport. She was so kind and thorough, gave us the attention we needed, and helped us get a really great photo (that was, by the way, accepted by the US Embassy).

Not only all of this, but when we visited approximately 9 days later to get something printed, she remembered us and asked about our passport situation, making sure that everything worked out okay.

She's a fantastic addition to the Max Spielmann family and deserves recognition.

Went there yesterday to do a collage for my parents anniversary, need it but Wednesday. He said fine come back in 20 mins or more the longer the better. We came back in 30 mins. He went back on the machine and said oh someone has been on here and it's all gone. Not best pleased but they lost £110 This was now 4pm on a Friday but luckily we made it to perma prints in Rhyl by 5 with much better service and £40 cheaper should have gone there to start with. Better to stay local. Could have been left in the lurch.

What fantastic service by a young lady called Becky..... Fantastic, wanted some pictures off my phone printing, I don't have a clue with these things, she was super quick, polite and professional.

I was probably in and out in less than 60 seconds, she was so helpful. Thank you

Excellent service from Max Spielmann inside ASDA Llandudno. A lovely helpful lady helped us how to get our photo enlarged . Which turned out super. Definitely recommend a visit
