Disappointing. I would not recommend. Having previously ordered from this company i hoped they would provide prints for my wedding. Unfortunately the paper quality is now thin. The order was severely delayed and didn't arrive in time for my wedding. When prints did arrive the print quality of many of them were poor. On raising this with the company they said that image quality was poor, however no warnings were given on the website and the same images were printed by another company with no issue. No refund offered, instead an insulting offer to re-print for a reduced rate. Very poor service.

I have used Paperwave for a few years- since the polargram days. never disappointed with the photo quality. I prefer the square format.

Great photo quality but orders are always really late and have to remind them to send. I have been using them for years because of the quality but having to send them a reminder on every order makes me think I need to stop
