Trying to get to grips with an old 35mm film camera I bought, staff member was super helpful, she went out of her way to remove the film safely from the camera when it was stuck and even gave me some feedback about the problem! Very helpful shop and I would fully endorse getting your prints here!

My husband & I visited this store to have some passport photos taken. The person taking the photos was overbearing & bossy. I have a slight head & neck tilt which has never been a problem when having passport photos taken in the past but she made a huge deal out of it, at one point suggesting that if I had a medical problem I would need a covering letterexplaining this. My fringe was then said to be too long & was covering my eyes. My fringe finished at my eyebrows. By the time she had taken the photos I was wishing I had gone to Snappy Snaps in Watford which is where I will be going.

Digital Passport Photo Code Upload - What a fantastic service !

I urgently needed to get a new passport photo when the UK Passport Office rejected my first upload.

My initial reaction was to find a Digital Passport Photo-Me Booth. No such information available on their website and no way to get through to their advertised customer services helpline for further assistance.

After reading bad online reviews about the issues with failed uploads and acceptance from the Photo-Me Booth upload codes, I called up the Rickmansworth photo shop out of desperation and spoke to Raisa, who assured me that their photo codes were more reliable because the photos they take are pre-checked online for compliance against the government criteria before they issued the code for use.

I was there in 30 mins. It take 10 mins for Raisa to take the photo against their backlit background, process the image and give me the validated code.

I input the code to upload the image on the UK Passport Portal while I was still in the shop. It was verified and accepted immediately, with a confirmation from the passport office. Job Done !

I have used Rickmansworth Photo Express three times recently, each time I was met by friendly helpful staff who helped transfer photos from my phone and then print them, they supplied good quality frames and mounted the photos while I waited. I can't fault the service or quality.

Easy to deal with. Took my digital/online photo for passport renewal and explained it can be done completely online now (even if someone needs to confirm it's you, no more physical photo to sign in person ☺) which has all worked and my application accepted.

They answered the phone quickly, that's the
one star. Quoted £105. For 20 double sided coloured copies. Got them printed else where for £19. 00. Rip off!

The girls have always been super helpful and speedy with our passport photos over the years. We're dual nationals and it can be tricky with the differing requirements that change regularly. We're able to have our photos taken with the confidence knowing we won't have any issues with acceptance. Thanks very much 👍😀
