Went to see Tamsin on a recommendation, and I was bowled over by the effort she took to ensure I got the right camera for a rather niche requirement.

I called into look at cameras and Tamsin was so helpful. They have a good range of cameras , the prices are the same as online and you get great service.

Was there last week and Tamsin was very helpful with advice about my new camera and transferring of photos to the computer

Waited 2 weeks for a printer cartridge, not bad prices though

Great friendly service. Usually one to one. Good advice and helpful. Will go out of their way to ensure you get what you want. Might have to order an item in, but worth supporting as you don't get many local shops who try hard to please.

Though why Google describes the shop as a building firm is a mystery?

I bought a DSLR camera, lenses, and other accessories here for my business, but with different staff, things have gone downhill. I needed a passport photo taken, and after driving here for nearly 30 minutes to support a trusted business that was previously local to me, I was told that they cannot serve me because they have already cashed up the till. This was more than 15 minutes before they closed. I would understand if I arrived a few minutes before closing, but I was well within the advertised opening hours. The doors were open, and the two people that were there were just sat around not doing anything. I told them I drove from Yeovil, but with a smile, I was told to come back tomorrow. I would suggest adjusting your opening hours if you cannot serve customers within the currently published hours to avoid disappointing others.
