Came to image solutions 3 years ago with my first born for a family photoshoot. Then had my second photo session for another family photoshoot with my second born recently. I can't thank Declan enough for his outstanding photography. Again he's done an amazing job capturing special sentimental photos of my children and us as a family. I've always had a postive experience coming to image solutions. From the moment you step into their studio. Both staff are very professional. And we're very patient when it came to photos of my children. I can honestly recommend image solutions to anyone that would want a professional, patient photographer to capture their special memories. Thank you so much again for another amazing experience with you both.

I purchased Groupon voucher as a gift and called to back as stated in the terms. I received a call not long after to say that the appointment had to be cancelled and no reason was given. So i carry on and re arrange another date with them. I get a call 1 week before the planned shoot to say that the store will be closed on my booking day as someone is off sick and will be next week also. So again i rearrange for 2023, to get a call back within 5 saying that the owner has now decided that with any Groupon purchase there would now be a £100 minimum spend required as of that phone call. The company has decided to just change the rules even though their still selling the Groupon vouchers with no mention of a minimum spend. Bully of a company. Don't waste your time, they will just try and ring you for more cash a week before your planned shoot.

The owner is trying to justify why he is falsely advertising a service on Groupon and clearly has no intention to update his Groupon adverts, just wants people to book for him to then contact them and say there's a minimum charge a week before the shoot.
Freebies, I dont see how purchasing a advertised service and then being asked to pay 10x more is a freebie.
