Fun with fitness is responsible for me dropping from a size 22 to a 14 ! Yes it took several years but Belinda and her team always make it fun. Everyone connected with Fun with Fitness is so helpful and friendly, this includes the staff and my fellow clients. I would never consider going to a gym when I can do a range of interesting classes with lovely people at Fun with Fitness.

I needed to build some regular exercise into my working week and Belinda was recommended to me. Pilates was a new thing for me - I'm finding it challenging but so pleased I'm persisting with it. The sessions are hard work but very cheerfully delivered and structured for different abilities. I would definitely pass the recommendation on!

If you make a wise decision to speak to Belinda about improving your fitness, not only will you be given probably the best advice, it will be at a cost effective price. Great place for beginners and advanced people looking to improve on there fitness and wellbeing! Either part of a group or one 2 one. ie; Over 60s morning exercises, Pilates, women's an men's, ( both separate) running, Nd many more.

If you're looking for a welcoming friendly environment. Where you'll receive support to overcome your barriers to fitness and we'll being then look no further. The team at Fun with Fitness offer a range of in house and out and about sessions for a range of ages, genders and abilities.
The sports massages are great too. The team are vastly experienced in physiology so can help and adapt to all your physical needs and the best bit is they won't just take money from you if you can help yourself
