The classes are great with all abilities, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I now realise that group activity work really motivates me… now signed up and hoping for some great results 👍
I learnt so much from Empower both in terms of diet and exercise, with most of those lessons of now fully embedded. I loved the way they held me accountable which in turn led to me ditching bad habits and implementing new and healthier ones.
I’ve lost 1 1/2 stone by simply following Sarah’s advice on diet and I’ve firmed the body up by continuing what exercises I can within the bespoke program Ed took the time to devise for me.
I genuinely can’t think of a better team to work with. If you want results then definitely speak with Empower. They understand real life often gets in the way and that it’s easy to let our fitness regimes and standards slip from time to time, but they help you navigate your way through it all in a friendly, personable and professional fashion. After two weeks only I could feel my muscles shape up and more alive then ever.
Meeting the group first thing in the morning, outside - rain or sun feels so good!!
The group feels supported and motivated by the coach, being part of this feels great.
Even when it’s a challenge we are encouraged to LOVE every moment of the training… and I do😅

I started morning bootcamps with Ed at the beginning of January22 after realizing id let myself become that thing I always said I wouldn’t, (let’s just say lockdown took its toll!), I started a training plan which consists of a bootcamp session every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and I haven’t missed one yet, I’ve done a few of these types of things over the years and given up fairly quickly due to either the dynamics of the class or just simple lack of motivation but that’s not the case here, in fact I find myself looking forward to the next session, EVERYBODY is supportive! And I mean everybody, at my first session a huge effort was made to welcome and help me get started, now over a month in I feel like I’ve known these people for years. EMPower has a great online support community for nutrition advice, home training assistance and general club chat, this is another bonus you don’t always get from other trainers.
The training is immense, Ed clearly has a passion for this and certainly knows his stuff! His coaching methods are brilliant! he’s extremely fun and enthusiastic which is probably what keeps me going back for more. This Is a mixed ability group where everyone is at a different level of fitness (which I found to be good for confidence when I first got started) Ed caters for this and the training is geared towards YOU working to YOUR full potential, This is where EMPower shines in my opinion as I’ve attended classes over the years where you’re expected to keep up with everyone, cant, feel like Cr4p… and fail.
When starting the Bootcamp in January I thought “Lets just get this over with for the month and lose a bit of weight” but now I’m thinking long-term and I won’t be giving this up, I’m just over a month and a half in and I’m seeing results in weight, body shape and mental health, which is a huge boost.
I can’t recommend this enough, Thanks EMPower.
