I plucked up the courage to contact Empower to help me get out of a rut I was in.. 52, menopausal, unfit, overweight and generally shattered! Sarah & Ed have been so supportive and encouraging, I joined the 21 day accelerator to see how I got on and in that time lost over 7lb and 8” around my hips, waist & bust.
The classes are great with all abilities, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I now realise that group activity work really motivates me… now signed up and hoping for some great results 👍

Ed and Sarah at Empower are amazing! They created an unique program for me and I have been working with them online from Switzerland since Sept 2020. I have lost weight, grown in self esteem and created goals in the gym that I would never have imagined. I have just had a baby and am restarting with Empower with a special post partum program and I am confident that I will be well looked after and will meet my new goals.

Fab gym, a great group of people, always encouraging. Ed has a talent for pushing you to achieve more than you maybe knew you could. With Ed's coaching & Sarah's nutritional advice I've lost over 2.5 stone & am fitter/stronger than I thought I'd ever be!

I started working with Ed and Sarah in the summer of 2021 and it’s only due to ill health (which will get turned around) that I’m not still a fully paid up member, but that will change idc.

I learnt so much from Empower both in terms of diet and exercise, with most of those lessons of now fully embedded. I loved the way they held me accountable which in turn led to me ditching bad habits and implementing new and healthier ones.

I’ve lost 1 1/2 stone by simply following Sarah’s advice on diet and I’ve firmed the body up by continuing what exercises I can within the bespoke program Ed took the time to devise for me.

I genuinely can’t think of a better team to work with. If you want results then definitely speak with Empower. They understand real life often gets in the way and that it’s easy to let our fitness regimes and standards slip from time to time, but they help you navigate your way through it all in a friendly, personable and professional fashion. That’s why they get you the results

I love training with EMpower Fitness
Coaching.
After two weeks only I could feel my muscles shape up and more alive then ever.
Meeting the group first thing in the morning, outside - rain or sun feels so good!!
The group feels supported and motivated by the coach, being part of this feels great.
Even when it’s a challenge we are encouraged to LOVE every moment of the training… and I do😅
If you are ready for your next fitness challenge and fitness lifestyle - EMpower is a great choice of personal training. Loving it!!

EMpower is the best antidepressant...Ed and Sarah are very passionate individuals and they know exactly how to motivate & support you to achieve the results you want for a healthier & happier life. The group of people who attend the sessions are very friendly, positive and lovely people. So...don't hesitate to join because it will definitely change your life for the best!

I can’t recommend EMPower enough! And that’s coming from someone who’s allergic to exercise… or was!

I started morning bootcamps with Ed at the beginning of January22 after realizing id let myself become that thing I always said I wouldn’t, (let’s just say lockdown took its toll!), I started a training plan which consists of a bootcamp session every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and I haven’t missed one yet, I’ve done a few of these types of things over the years and given up fairly quickly due to either the dynamics of the class or just simple lack of motivation but that’s not the case here, in fact I find myself looking forward to the next session, EVERYBODY is supportive! And I mean everybody, at my first session a huge effort was made to welcome and help me get started, now over a month in I feel like I’ve known these people for years. EMPower has a great online support community for nutrition advice, home training assistance and general club chat, this is another bonus you don’t always get from other trainers.

The training is immense, Ed clearly has a passion for this and certainly knows his stuff! His coaching methods are brilliant! he’s extremely fun and enthusiastic which is probably what keeps me going back for more. This Is a mixed ability group where everyone is at a different level of fitness (which I found to be good for confidence when I first got started) Ed caters for this and the training is geared towards YOU working to YOUR full potential, This is where EMPower shines in my opinion as I’ve attended classes over the years where you’re expected to keep up with everyone, cant, feel like Cr4p… and fail.

When starting the Bootcamp in January I thought “Lets just get this over with for the month and lose a bit of weight” but now I’m thinking long-term and I won’t be giving this up, I’m just over a month and a half in and I’m seeing results in weight, body shape and mental health, which is a huge boost.

I can’t recommend this enough, Thanks EMPower.
