I was training with Toby to loose weight and keep my gymnast body, and it was a perfect experience for me to have a personal trainer as Toby. He is really understanding and keep me really motivated each session with him, he is keeping me updated of my progress and I really appreciate that. Also, he is supporting and encouraging me to give my best even when it's getting harder ! I ll 100% recommend you Toby if you want quick result! The training session are regular and he is flexible with the hours when you really need to. Really great experience.

Toby has really helped me to improve my fitness, strength and physique with his expert knowledge. I look forward to our sessions and always feel comfortable. Would highly recommend him to anyone, as he offers bespoke packages to suit your needs. I always feel sufficiently pushed and good after our sessions. Each workout varies and I take something different away from each session. I honestly don't think I would have been able to achieve the same results off my own back so am extremely grateful! thanks toby!

I have been training with Toby for just over a year and a half now. When I first came to Toby I was unsure of what to expect from a personal trainer, I just knew I needed some serious help losing weight and getting some sort of fitness. Toby was great from the start , easing me into the training and making it as enjoyable as it could be. After 7 months I had lost 3 stone and went from being unable to maintain a jog to running 10k outside! As my fitness evolved so did my training, Toby was incorporating new challenges to improve my overall fitness and appearance, such as free weights and body weight exercises, core work and more recently some serious toning & muscle development.
I'm currently at 13 stone having been just over 17stone before I started training. I feel fitter and more confident than ever and I'm just thankful to have had the expertise and guidance that Toby has provided me.

I was looking for a personal trainer to take me to the next step. I had been training for sometime, but my results had plateaued and I was really struggling to progress. After contacting several trainers I decided to choose TK-Fitness. I put my faith in Tobias because he is professional and has fantastic background knowledge, which gave me confidence to start working with him. After a free consultation I decided to commit to the 12 week program. This was structured around my goals and lifestyle commitments. Tobias really shook up my training and nutrition and also gave me a completely different outlook to training. Now I train smart and keep the balance. After the 12 week program, I had dropped 5.4% body fat, increased muscle mass and my speed and overall performance had improved a lot.
I still work with Tobias training twice a week and taking advantage of his nutrition expertise.

I have been training with Toby for about half a year now and wouldn't train with anyone else. He has listened to my goals and pushed me to achieve them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

While I appreciate that life happens and cancellations can occur, having half of the sessions cancelled last minute and rescheduled is not really acceptable for me.. The sessions were usually cancelled on the day - few hours before or when I was on the way to the gym. The last minute cancellation meant that I did not get workout done thinking I will have a session (not to mention the inconvenience of rearranging my schedule).. Since I was doing rehabilitation work, the consistency was very important, and the constant cancellations meant I did not progress as much as I could have with more consistent approach!
