Rich Byrom Physio

I saw Rich for an assessment this morning for a knee problem that I have had for over 6 years. I wish I had gone sooner, the assessment was really thorough and I felt completely reassured that there was something that could be done about it. My problem is specifically related to running and Rich provided me with exercises to help strengthen areas of my body that I wouldn’t have expected to focus on. I will be carrying out his recommendations over the next 6 weeks and aiming for a 10k in April. Highly recommend Rich for his thorough assessment, his manner and professionalism.

Rich was brilliant with my neck/shoulder injury. He’s knowledgeable and professional, the stretches and exercise he prescribed were effective and my issue was resolved quickly.
