I have a spinal cord injury and have been visiting PhysioFunction for a few years now. I have had various treatments including Hydrotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy and have used their Exoskeletons. I find the therapists and staff polite and easy to get on with. They try to make my sessions interesting and set me goals. They push the boundaries and prove what can be done. I have improved since coming to PhysioFunction and can now stand and take steps with a walker.

I believe it would be universally accepted that anyone purchasing an item or service would make inquiries about the costs associated with that item/service , as i did. I was told (by hailey) i would have to speak to a particular person and gave my email and phone number. The phone call came three days later with a condescending and patronising lecture on the product as if i had no knowledge at all on the item but when i interrrupted to explain i was familiar with the whole process as i use a similar item and that i understood it would need setting up through an assessment with a clinician etc and all i really wanted was the costs, i was aggressively snapped at and then she tried to lecture me again on LEGISLATION regarding pricing???!!! I have since contacted two other companies who assured me this was complete and utter nonsense and quite happily and immediately sent me an email with the unit price and costs associated (assessment/hourly rate/ trouble shooting/follow-up appointment etc etc) without any hesitation at all regardless of this fictitious legislation. Physio function should not make presumptions on peoples knowledge of their services or products (in my case walkaide-fes) and simply answer the queries and questions put to them without the lecture and HARD-SELL approach ,dropping the condescending and patronising aggressive attitude would also be a major improvement in their service, if it could at all be described as that!!
Dreadful company i would advise AVOIDING AT ALL COST.
