I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout my sessions.
After a recent MS relapse causing difficulties walking, Aaron has helped me regain strength. 8 weeks after tailored physio exercises and a sports massage session with Nathan, I am back on my feet and walking normally again.
I can not thank the team enough.
I will be back, even if its just for some maintenance.
Thank you!
G :)
I went to see Aaron with 2 long standing injuries that were a real detriment to the way I wanted to live my sport filled life. Multiple scans and consultant appointments later I decided to visit Aaron post a recommendation. Aaron immediately set out a plan to identify and aid the healing of these injuries. Using multiple techniques such as ultra sound, deep tissue massage, cupping and shockwave etc. The sessions started to make an immediate impact. This coupled with the post session exercises I was shown on site fundamentally saw a rapid response in reduction of pain. I can now do the things I love pain free again.
I would highly recommend.
I now have a massage at least once a month with Nathan to keep on top of my muscles and look after my body to prevent injury. I would highly recommend using his services.
I originally got in touch with Aaron not too soon after he had set up Remedy, with a painful shoulder injury that he had already seen me for previously. I had been immediately struck with his knowledgeable, friendly and professional approach, even with the restrictions of video consultations in a pandemic/lockdown. When restrictions eased, I was confident that I was in safe hands to treat my injury through Remedy.
The positive and holistic approach used, really taking the time to listen to clients’ needs and expectations, really impressed and Aaron immediately put a plan in place with a range of methods for both home and clinical setting. I soon started seeing results, full movement returned and it was great to become pain free from what was a pretty nasty (in my mind!) winged scapula and torn trapezium.
I always looked forward to the sessions, as I knew I would be making meaningful progress but could also spend the appointment in great conversation (Aaron is essentially a very good life coach too!). If something wasn’t working in the plan, Aaron could straight away suggest something else.
As a result of this “big picture” approach they take at Remedy, and my continuing journey to try and get my body healthier and stronger, Aaron was also able to address an old ACL knee injury I had been putting up with for a couple of years, and once again listened to my goals and was positive we could improve the stability of the joint without surgery.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Remedy, it’s a fantastic business and it’s great to see it continue to go from strength to strength.
