SHAWE PHYSIO - HODDESDON

It's been a couple of weeks since my final appointment and I am happy to report that the treatment plan Maisie gave me is working! After hurting my back and hip she done an assessment which included accupuncture. That first visit helped me going back to work and the follow-ups which included physio, gradually got me moving properly again. My big thank you is for the practical excercises I can now do during my shift at work.

My physiotherapist Maisie was amazing, I went in with constant pain, leaving I feel like a new woman. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed. I have seen physiotherapists the past, but I felt that I gained so much more from working with maisie.

Have used Shawe Physio twice for problems relating to back/neck and recovery from a neck of femur fracture. Have had an excellent experience on both occasions working with Jack Badger, making good progress. Exercises are always set within my capabilities and with an online portal for helpful refreshers which are still available long after I've completed treatment. No problem booking sessions to fit around work & life. Thoroughly recommend.

Jack Badger at Shawe Physio helped my partner Graham enormously after suffering four strokes last year. Jack came to our house once a week for about six months. The progress and help that was made cannot be exaggerated. Balance was a big issue and Jack focused a lot on that. Also, confidence building was important after the strokes.

Jack Badger was my physio therapist, I attended 8 sessions for rotator cuff injury and knee trouble. I was impressed (and surprised!) how quickly the diagnosis and allocated remedial exercises fixed both problems.

Excellent service received at the Shawe Physio. Shoulder Impingement and very stiff and painful arthritic knee. I was impressed by Maisie's assessment skills and amazing knowledge, always explaining what was going on inside the body. She is such a lovely lady. So professional and with her advice and exercises my shoulder is like new and the acupuncture and support tape has dramatically eased my knee pain.
