Even during the lockdown I was able to access the services by video support online and to receive not just great help but also a beneficial exercise regime that actually charted and reported back on my progress!

Emma is amazing! She's so knowledgeable and can pinpoint a problem quickly. She advises what exercises to do to help relieve the problem and is on hand to help and encourage. I've had a few niggles over the years and with Emma's help, these niggles have been relived and I've been able to carry on working and exercising. Highly recommend!

Emma is fantastic. I have had lower back pain for ages, which was getting progressively, and then got significantly, worse. She was reassuring, and after a few treatments and me diligently doing the exercises she set me, I am hugely improved. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and a lovely person too! Great physio and sports massage to keep me moving. Emma is so friendly, puts you at ease, and listens to what's causing problems before diagnosing possible issues. My back, shoulders and calves have all benefitted!
