Absolutely dreadful, you have a video assessment, you can’t hear the woman because of IT issues and also being Eastern European speaking too quickly and with a strong accent. Huge communication barrier.
Goodness knows how an 80 year old would cope.

I've been having treatment from one of the Ascenti team named Anisha in cleethorpes. I've got to say having had physio many times before, this young lady has by far been the best, calming, articulate, explaining everything as she goes along, & makes the whole process anxiety free. Thank you so very much Anisha,they should bottle your attitude & attention to detail 😊

Extremely poor and pointless service. I was told by a doctor I needed a scan on my spine, I was then told I need to go through a physio for this as doctors aren’t allowed to order such a scan.
I was given a video call? What use is a video call if you’re supposed to be assessing someone’s physical ability when you can only see their face! I was then told at the end of the call I need physio.. no.. I was told I need a scan and you need to organise it! They then said they would look into it. Well I was told I needed a scan in February, my video call was on September. It’s now November and they’ve just called to say I need physio booking in.. it’s been so long I’m now living in a different county and 9 weeks pregnant. My left thigh is still numb and there’s been no help whatsoever. What a ridiculous system!!

A cheap and broad spectrum approach to health issues that really need individual dedicated specialist treatment. People are given excersises on an app, although the complaints team assured me the therapists were doing everything required, in actual fact the therapists were doing their own thing. They had no time to show me anything. Yet they had time to recommend ancient middle eastern practices that the NHS didn't even recognise. I have a medical condition diagnosed by the NHS that was making my symptoms worse yet the therapist refused to even acknowledge this conditions existence. A complete waste of time that made me worse overall due to their therapists going rouge and being prejudice. Ascentis own complaints team judged my therapist as needing more education on matters. Enough said.

I have been seeing a physio in Basingstoke for about 6 weeks now and I must say that Ade Muyiwa is very very good my back is feeling much better.Thankyou keep up the good work.

Referred to Ascenti from work with a suspect trapped nerve in my shoulder. Great work by Ann and Beth. Really easy exercises to follow and a life changing sleeping habit discovered. Very pleasant staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

My physio is Alice from Hume street medical centre Kidderminster worcester, she is a miracle worker , the first time I attended I was it terrible pain in my buttock and thigh , she massaged my buttock , my pain vanished is was so grateful as I was having a new knee a week later , the next visit a week after my operation she massaged my thigh, again the pain vanished , so I only have to contend with my operation pain , I am so pleased , she needs a medal

With his years of experience and friendly, fun manner - Ugochukwu was fantastic from the get-go. Always upbeat and encouraging but with attention to detail and care, I really trusted his judgement and as a result, found it much easier to commit to doing my physio at home - knowing that if I followed his program, I would see results. Thanks to Ugochukwu I’m back to running and playing sports. I would honestly 110% recommend him to everyone and he will definitely be my first call next time.
