In 2020 ,I suffered a lacuna stroke , paralysis of the left side of my body . My consultant gave a prognosis that wasn't good , I started with Di and Gemma , and I'm now getting back to normal life , Gemma and myself run a triathlon sprint in August . It's been a hard couple of years , can't thank Balance NeuroPhysiotherapy enough .
