I was very impressed with my thorough examination, treatment plan and progress. Alex was very knowledgeable and made sure all exercises were suitable and effective. Appointments were flexible and reasonably priced, especially given the high quality treatment. My shoulder problem, which had limited my movements for months, is now completely better and I have regained a full range of movement. I would highly recommend using this practice of you have any problems.

I have been going to the surgery for sometime now, the staff are friendly and always accommodating, as well as good physical skills they also have good listening skills and really do try to understand the problems you are having and how it effects you. I have seen Adam for a number of problems over the years and he is often on hand to give advice over the phone if needed. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Adam and his team they really are great, my whole family have seen them at one time or another.

I see a young lady by the name of Alex who I find that has done a good job on my back she is very knowledgeable on what she does. Alex always welcomes you with a smile and chats while you have your treatment. She also gives you exercises to do and if you need any questions answering Alex is there to answer them at anytime. 🙂

This was a great sports massage… to be highly recommended! Izzy was able to target the areas I highlighted and the pressure she exerted on these areas, was just what I needed. Izzy knows ‘her stuff’ and I left in the knowledge that I had had first class treatment.I will certainly become a regular!

Convenient easy to access location. Massage room comfortable and attractive. Izzy was lovely and did an amazing job of working out some stress kinks in my back. Would be delighted to go again as superb service.
