Ange has helped me recover from an upper back problem through various treatments -even responding to an emergency home visit.She provided me with stretches and advice about my posture - she really has helped.

I went to see Ange after multiple recommendations from fellow runners, and she provided an excellent service. Diagnosed the cause of the problem and created a treatment plan of exercises I could do at home between treatments, to help. Other physios simply massaged to reduce the pain but the problem would reoccur, whereas Ange helped me to tackle the root cause. Extremely knowledgeable, Ange diagnosed the issue with my Shoulder Injury very quickly. The Physio and then Rehab work given were excellent. Ange is highly Professional and also has empathy for the issue at hand, is attentative, engaging and makes you feel at ease and relaxed in the treatment room environment. I cannot recommend Ange highly enough.

Had a sports massage yesterday and Ange properly worked out the tension in my back and gave a good go on an injured shoulder, I felt like butter after. Will definitely go back and I definitely recommend.
