Simply fantastic, completely healed my wrist after 4 years of pain and not being able to do most heavy weight activity’s. So happy with the experience I’ve received from Choice the staff are super friendly/informative and always happy to assist in anyway possible. I would give 10 stars if I could ! The only place to go for physio.

Helen is a miracle worker. After 4 years of ever debilitating lower back pain I was at the point where I could barely walk a few yards and could not stand long enough to wash up or prepare meals and I thought I was going to have to give up work due to being unable to move without pain. This week, I spent 4 hours running around a construction site, through muddy fields and climbing up and down the scaffolding without a care in the world as my back pain is completely gone. I also have an inflammatory joint condition about which Helen is very knowledgeable and she has also been able to resolve excruciating episodes of trigger thumb and tennis elbow in a few sessions. Now, when something starts to hurt, I no longer worry about it and just pop along to see Helen. The team at Choice are friendly, polite and professional and took great care of everyone all throughout the pandemic too. Thank you so much Helen, you are am amazing positive pineapple and you have literally given me my life back.

Fantastic service. I had a long term shoulder injury, and I went from limited movement to close to 100% movement in a year. Service was excellent, with a treatment plan was effective and well explained at each stage of the process. Can’t recommend them enough.

They have helped me immensely with my migraines to the point where i no longer wake up in pain. Can not stress enough how amazing it feels to no longer be in constant pain and able to go out and do things worry free.

I receive regular treatment from Katy and she is just incredible! She is so sympathetic to my needs and varies my treatment regularly to support me. An incredibly reliable, friendly and super experience and talented physio! Couldn’t recommend enough!
