I came to Jacqui after having a bad experience at a clinic in London. With only 4 months to go until the London Marathon I knew I needed to change physios. Upon meeting Jacqui I immediately knew I’d made the right choice, she talked sense and explained in detail the issues with my knees, this was very reassuring and removed a lot of my anxieties.

Jacqui tried different types of treatment including acupuncture and didn’t just focus on the “problem area”. She also helped tailor make my training plan, gave me homework and was always on the other end of the phone when I rang up in tears if a long run hadn’t gone to plan!

The marathon went fantastically well and I recorded a much better time of 4:45 than anticipated, especially in the hot conditions, I was super happy. On the odd occasion I did get a niggle I just remembered what I’d been told, and how to correct it which meant I “weirdly” loved every minute of the race and smiled the whole way around! There is no-doubt that without the help and expertise from Jacqui I would not of finished, she didn’t just help with my physical problems but being able to talk to her regularly she made me feel completely at ease and far less anxious. I highly recommend Jacqui for physio treatments - she has treated both knee and back pain successfully. Her Pilates classes are excellent too. I can’t wait for 2019 classes to start.
