Physio Academy @ Chelmsford

Brilliant service and care. When I fell, whilst on holiday and injured my shoulder; the doctor could only offer pain relief. I was recommended to go to Paul at the Physio Academy with my frozen shoulder and it was the best decision I could have made. Paul was very professional and extremely good at sharing with me how my injury was progressing. He is an excellent listener and very gentle (I was in a lot of pain and was scared of being hurt more). The treatment and my 'homework' (which he often videoed so I would get it right) was very successful and I regained my movement and become pain free far quicker than everyone told me it would take. I would recommend this practice to anyone for a friendly and great service.

I had a really serious ankle injury - which wasn't really diagnosed properly by the hospital. I attended the Physio Academy within 48hrs of the injury. Even though it was heavily swollen and we didn't know the full damage, Paul wasn't intimidated by this and did such a fantastic job, going beyond the call of duty to firstly make sure we knew what was going on inside my ankle (by organising a MRI scan at a specialist NHS clinic) and then treating it. It was a long process but I was assured as went through it with the complete trust my ankle would get back to the normal due to his clear expert knowledge and experience.

Two years later after using the Physio Academy, I have no problems with my ankle, avoiding having an operation and still play football and box pain free - which I couldn't imagine in the months following the injury.

I can't thank and praise Paul and Chris enough for the work they have done on my knee over the last year. Their professionalism, hard work, knowledge and attitude is incredible. I have had a lot of physio in my life and these guys really are the best!

An excellent, friendly service. I was previously told I would never get full range back in my shoulder, but after 10 sessions of physio with these guys, I was pretty much back to normal. I really felt comfortable and welcome and was a little disappointed when I no longer needed to go back. Highly recommended!

I was suffering from Tendinitis in my knee and Chris confidently diagnosed this in my first session. I received a 1st class professional and friendly service throughout my treatment. All the information i was provided regarding my rehab really helped me get back to full fitness. I am looking forward to being back on the football pitch.
