I saw Jade after having trouble with a lot of dizziness, back and neck pain after having my baby. I couldn't believe the difference after just one session of acupuncture, my dizziness went and my head and neck felt soo much better. Jade is very friendly, professional and accommodating and I would highly recommend her.

I saw Jade with an issue post pregnancy, I'd seen two different physios prior to Jade but still felt unsure of the root cause of the problem and what I needed to do to help fix it. I came away from my session with Jade with a lot more knowledge and felt confident with the exercises she had given me. It's obvious Jade has a great passion for what she does and I highly recommend her as a physiotherapist!
