Physios 'R' Us

Can not fault in anyway. Always caring and considerate, all very friendly and welcoming. Care and treatment is of great standard by Suchit. Always willing to work around me with appointments etc. Always so kind and caring towards my children too, refreshments and snacks always offered. My children love to come with me now and always ask when the next one is 😊. Lindsay is a wonderful receptionist and is always friendly and welcoming. My children love her also! All round Brilliant service!!

Very good practice. Great staff, dealt with Lindsay at reception, lovely warm greeting always topped up with a lovely cup of tea. The physio I had, Kartick is a very efficient and pleasant physio and I have benefited from his knowledge and skilful treatments.

Maggie helped me enormously following my femur fracture and hip replacement. She listened , greatly encouraged me , monitored my progress and adjusted the exercises as my healing progressed. I would definitely recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to call on her again should I ever need physio in the future. Linda

I was seen by these physios as I had multiple pains on neck, back and hip. I found a lot of relief every time I came for my sessions. I was seen during weeks without major progress, which led me to find help somewhere else. I was fortunate enough to keep searching and I have found help with other physio in Folkestone that was able to resolve the cause of all the pains I was having. I am now able to live a normal life and regained my mobility back, so important when you have a 2 year old child! My feedback to Physios r Us is to keep an open mind, as they could not understand the pains I had at the time, sometimes it felt they thought I was imagining them. I would have appreciated it if they had recommended me to someone who could have helped me earlier, to minimize the suffering I had to go through. It should be in the best interest for the patient, to minimize the suffering of the patient, to work together with other physios and recommend them when there is doubt about the treatment given.

I would highly recommend seeing Suchit. I was in immense pain when I saw him and he managed to fit me in which was really kind. After the first session I was feeling so much better and then second time I saw him seemed to sort it all out. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!
