I came to Krina for help with my ongoing jaw problem (clicking, small range, pain), which she diagnosed as TMJ disorder and she's been very helpful with the physiotherapy treatment. My treatment included light therapy, dry needling, and manual manipulation. Throughout my sessions, Krina has always been extremely professional, thorough, and patient. Above all, she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Post-sessions, I would feel immediate relief in my jaw tension and there was noticeable improvement between the sessions. I also really appreciate the exercises Krina taught me to practice at home, and the fact that she's not pushy and will not recommend more expensive treatments or referrals unless it is truly needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Krina.

I'm so happy I found Krina! I suffer from TMJ disorder and neck pain, and I have been with chronic pain for the past 4 years. When I first visited Krina I couldn't move my mouth much and the pain was affecting life. From the first session I saw an improvement. Now some months later I'm feeling much better, and my quality of life has improved so much. She is amazing, she is really an expert on TMJ and knows how to use dry needling for this disorder. Also, I was surprised to see that the needling didn't hurt! I have visited multiple physiotherapists before for this problem and no one could help me. I'm really grateful for all her work and dedication and I strongly recommend her, thanks a lot Krina! :)

I was referred to Krina by my dentist. I had persistent headaches, a stiff neck and tense shoulders that I was unable to relax. This had been going on for a long time and although I thought several months, in retrospect I think it much longer. It had been gradual and as a result I had normalised the discomfort and restricted movement. By the time I saw Krina I couldn’t turn my head to look over my shoulder, had daily headaches and the pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders disrupted my sleep, every night.
Krina identified my problem quickly and set out a plan of treatment, that was detailed and well explained, using clear language. I had not previously heard of laser therapy or dry needling, but Krina was so calm and reassuring, that I felt complete confidence in her and the treatment.
There was an immediate impact after just the first session, which was wonderful and spurred me on to complete the course of treatment and do my exercises at home. The exercises were well explained and demonstrated in a video, which I was able to refer back to, to check I was doing them correctly.
I cannot express enough thanks to Krina for the difference this treatment has made to my life. My sleep has improved, I can now look over my shoulder and my headaches have gone. The quality of my life has changed dramatically as a result of this treatment and beyond my wildest expectations.
Krina is personable, professional, calm and reassuring. I absolutely recommend her.

I started seeing Krina about a month before my bilateral arthroscopy for TMJ. I have arthritic degeneration of my TMJ which had been bothering me for 5 years, and was waiting for surgery. I was constantly in considerable pain. Krina used a combination of laser therapy, needling and manipulation of the affected area, which helped with reducing inflammation ahead of the surgery. She also treated my neck which was suffering due to the problems in the jaw joint. She gave me some exercises to do at home which were quick and easy.
After surgery, I saw Krina regularly for 2/3 months and now I am going for maintenance sessions roughly once a month. The surgery was successful but the physiotherapy made a real difference to my healing and regaining mobility. My pain has almost disappeared and I believe Krina’s treatment has both enabled and sped up my recovery. I would definitely recommend her if you have similar issues.

Krina helped with my TMJ! I was in pain for months and even went to an orthodontist consult who referred me to Krina to try Physio first. The exercises were very easy to follow and her tips were great! Initially I couldn’t even drink any caffeine as it triggered my TMJ. 10 weeks later, I can have decaf coffee and coffee in small doses which is way more than I could tolerate for the past few years because of my TMJ pain. Thank you Krina for all your help!! I would definitely recommend her!

I have suffered with TMJ/TMD for a few years and Krina has been the first physio that truly relieved my symptoms. Even better I noticed such a difference after 2 sessions. I had 6 initial sessions and feel like now I would just like a ‘top up’ every few months when my face starts to get tense again. The at home videos are great for between sessions to help longer term pain. I can’t recommend Krina enough, she’s amazing!

Krina is excellent at addressing tmj and bruxism. She has extensive knowledge and she is very reassuring, and a lovely person to speak to. Me and my jaw are in good hands :)

I've had tinnitus, in the form of several pure, high pitched tones, every second of every day, increasingly, over the last decade or so. I have Lupus which is likely to be the main cause of the problem, in that it can cause deafness (particularly to higher frequency sounds). However, there appears to be an additional, neurologically based element, in that pressing my jaw in various directions will make the tinnitus louder or softer, depending on the pressure point used. One (of many) ENT specialist believes it is trigeminal nerve involvement... all the others refused to consider it significant, if they considered it at all.
It was, therefore, a massive relief when Krina's first question was "Does pushing your jaw make a difference?"
I've now had four sessions of help from Krina (involving jaw manipulation, infra red laser and dry needling) and it has made a significant, beneficial difference. And now the easy to follow self-help exercises, that Krina gave me a link to, continue to improve things.
I'm very grateful to Krina for her help. For a start she took the problem seriously whilst several Consultant doctors didn't - one even said "I don't think that's right, there's no mention of it in the literature". Next she applied different methods to see what made a difference in my case, adjusting her approach according to results. Finally, Krina gave me the self-help exercises, which continue to make a difference.
