I had 10 Rolfing sessions with Naomi, and the journey has been transformative for my body, and as an extension, for my mind.
Naomi’s blend of diligence and conscientiousness, intelligence and intuition, and great skill has significantly contributed to my healing journey.
I have also really appreciated her sharing her wisdom in a humble and considerate manner over the course of the sessions, which has been an added bonus to the therapy.
I would not hesitate to recommend Naomi as a Rolfing therapist.

Naomi is great, very professional, supportive and with a great sense of humour. The 13 sessions we had made me feel very grounded and fully planning on coming back for refreshers every year - was a great experience! Oh and the skylight room she works out of is an amazingly positive space. Thoroughly recommended!

Receiving Rolfing treatment from Naomi has been a tranformative experience. The treatment has progressively changed my bodily sensations and deepened my understanding of how my body works, this process of rediscovery has been very exciting. I have experienced the sensation of being straight without effort, feeling stable and grounded. Walking and sitting were things I thought I already knew how to do, but there was a lot I had to learn. I am really pleased I made this investment. Naomi is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, generous and personable. Thank you.

Great Rolfing experience with Naomi. Started off unsure of how it would work but Nyomi guided me through in a very skilled and professional way. For me, it has been wonderful at preventing pain but also at tackling underlying issues. If you say to Naomi "I can't really explain where it hurts but it's kind of around here and feels kind of like this" then before you know it, she has located it and given you a proper scientific explanation of what hurts and why but, even better, it then stops hurting! Having done 10 sessions, I will definitely be back for regular "maintenance".

I started from a position of (slight) scepticism, but over the course of 10 sessions came to discover that Rolfing can be very powerful stuff, not only addressing those hard-to-reach physical niggles that we all live with from day to day, but also bringing about quite a profound psychological shift too. It has been observed by those who know me well, that I now ‘stand taller’ in both senses of the phrase.
Naomi has been an engaging guide on this journey - at the same time knowledgeable & authoritative, intellectual and compassionate - and with a reassuring humour and self-awareness.
I will definitely be back for regular top-up sessions, and have already recommended to loved ones. Thank you Naomi.

I would heartily recommend rolfing with Naomi. She is a thoughtful and caring practitioner who approaches problems with sensitivity and the kind of holistic care that is good for the soul and the mind as well as the body. Sessions with Naomi made a great difference to the physical ailments I was experiencing and I found I tended to leave her studio feeling lighter, not just through the ease of physical discomfort but from spending time in the company of someone who is engaging, understanding, and who truly cares about her practice.

“Rolfing changed my life as I had been struggling with a back injury which was affecting my work as a singer and performer as well as my day to day life. Not only did Rolfing completely erase my lower back pain so I could go back to normal life but as a singer it allowed me to further connect with my breath and develop better physical alignment. This in turn helped me to improve my sense of ease within performance. Naomi’s help was amazing and this treatment was life changing for me. Naomi was so detailed and sensitive in her work and had great energy and patience. I would recommend Rolfing for anyone with physical tension, pain or even people and performers looking to become more body aware and refine their access to their breath for vocal use. ”

If you are thinking about trying Rolfing with Naomi, I would say, definitely do it. I didn’t know what to expect before I started the 10 Series – I knew it helped with posture and that my partner’s PT had recommended it to him. However, I was unprepared (but pleasantly surprised) for how dramatically it would support me emotionally as well. I have found it the most effective treatment for helping to dissipate the effects of traumatic events held in the body, releasing trapped emotions in the fascia, and letting go of behavioural patterns which no longer serve. Bear in mind that we almost all suffer trauma (childbirth can be traumatic, a car crash can be traumatic, a toxic work environment can be traumatic, a bad relationship can be traumatic) and it’s easy to understand how the body’s posture and movements modulate to protect us even after we have time and distance between ourselves and the event. Naomi is an incredible practitioner – knowledgeable, reassuring and caring. I really enjoyed our appointments and felt 100% listened to. She is intuitive and has a gift for understanding the individual anatomy of your body and the myriad ways in which it interacts with your psyche. I now feel that I inhabit my body more comfortably, breathe deeper, move with more ease, and take up the space that my body needs.
