Bodymechanics Worcester Park

Myself and my husband where looking for a gait and biometric analysis assessment and came across Bodymechanics. After speaking with their super helpful receptionist we was booked in to see Jon. When we arrived we was welcomed COVID securely and taken to the assessment room. Jon discussed what the assessment entailed and asked the reason why we was here and what issues we where suffering with. After a very thorough examination and a good little workout on the treadmill we found the reasons of my issues. I am booked in again for next week for another assessment to see how the stretches i have been given are working and to take the next step to rectifying my issues. I can't recommend Jon and his team enough very thorough, COVID secure and super friendly and funny. I have already recommended to a few of my friends who will be booking their appointments. So if you are in need of a full gait and biometric analysis defiantly book with Bodymechanics :)

The team at BM started my rehab brilliantly. Only a few months ago, I struggled to walk more than a couple of miles without back pain.

Last week, I tracked 60 miles in a week ... just doing my day to day work and going into London! I've had an ache here and there, but little pain. I was shocked / surprised to look back and see what we have achieved!

By seeing the physio and sports massage therapist regularly, I am starting to feel more flexible and stronger.

But I have to keep reminding myself, take it one session at a time! I am rather impatient.

Jon is an excellent physio and has great customer care in all elements of the process from diagnosis to treatment and from aftercare to admin. I can’t recommend him more highly!

From the reception staff to the physiotherapists everyone is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Bodymechanics is a great physio centre with excellent customer service.
Matt Ryan was very professional and always took time to understand my problem and to listen. I always felt that my treatment was beneficial and any advice that I was given was appropriate and has helped me in the interim and longer term. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio treatment.
